Chelsea is reportedly in discussions to secure the signing of Sunderland midfielder Noah Sadiki next summer. According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, the London club is actively pursuing a deal for the talented player.
Sunderland acquired Sadiki from Belgian club Union Saint-Gilloise during the previous summer transfer window. The transfer fee was reportedly slightly less than his current valuation of £26 million on Transfermarkt.
Sadiki has been a pivotal player for the Black Cats this season, playing a central role in their strong campaign under manager Régis Le Bris. The DR Congo international’s performances have clearly caught the attention of top clubs.
However, Chelsea’s pursuit of the midfielder may face competition. Reports suggest that Manchester United could potentially disrupt the agreement, adding an element of uncertainty to the potential transfer.
