During a media appearance this week, Cancelo, who rejoined Barcelona in January, was specifically asked to name the player embodying the ‘soul’ of the squad.
The Portuguese full-back elaborated on his choice, stating: “Gavi is absolutely the soul of the team. It’s evident in everything he does, both during matches and away from them.
