Premier League rivals Liverpool and Manchester United are reportedly locked in a transfer battle to sign Monaco’s highly-rated French right winger, Maghnes Akliouche, next summer. Valued at £43 million, the young star has impressed this season with 15 goal contributions (goals and assists).
