Spanish powerhouse Barcelona has reportedly halted their pursuit of a key attacking transfer target as the summer transfer window approaches.
The player in question is Yan Diomande.
Diomande, a dynamic wide player, is enjoying a remarkable season with German club RB Leipzig.
The Ivory Coast international has established himself as one of the Bundesliga’s most impressive wingers, accumulating 19 goal involvements in 29 matches.
At only 19 years old and possessing exceptional dribbling skills in one-on-one scenarios, Diomande has attracted significant interest from numerous European clubs.
Barcelona was among the interested parties, actively seeking alternatives to their on-loan forward Marcus Rashford for the upcoming season.
