Barcelona Midfielder Marc Casadó Considers Saudi Arabia Move

Barcelona's Marc Casadó is reportedly giving serious thought to a potential transfer to the Middle East this summer, driven by significant interest from Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal.

The 22-year-old Spanish international is widely anticipated to depart Barcelona before the end of the summer window. Having fallen in the midfield pecking order under coach Hansi Flick last season, Casadó has apparently come to terms with the reality that his future lies beyond the Spotify Camp Nou.

While Casadó initially rejected the prospect of moving to Saudi Arabia despite interest from several clubs in the Saudi Pro League, recent reports suggest a shift in his stance. The allure of the financial opportunities in Asia may be influencing his decision.

According to reports from Marca, Casadó is not entirely convinced, but "in recent days he’s become more receptive to the idea (of joining Al-Hilal)."

Barcelona is said to be hoping to secure a transfer fee of approximately €30 million for the midfielder.
